Must Have Technical/Functional SkillsDeployment Strategy & Planning:Expertise in defining and executing deployment strategies for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.Strong knowledge of cutover planning, sequencing, and readiness assessment.Stage Gate & Governance:Experience managing stage gate reviews, sign-offs, and compliance checkpoints.Risk Management:Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate deployment risks proactively.SAP Activate & Agile Delivery:Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile/Hybrid delivery models.Integration Awareness:Understanding of dependencies across Finance, Engagement Management, BI & Reporting, and Data Migration workstreams.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDeployment LeadershipOwn the deployment workstream for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation.Define and manage deployment strategy, readiness assessments, and cutover plans.Lead stage gate reviews and ensure compliance with program governance.Execution & OversightCoordinate cutover activities across multiple workstreams and geographies.Set up and manage command center for go-live and hypercare support.Monitor deployment progress and resolve issues in real time.Stakeholder ManagementDrive alignment between business, technology, and leadership teams for deployment readiness.Communicate deployment status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior stakeholders.Quality & Risk ManagementValidate readiness criteria and ensure smooth transition to production.Implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans for critical deployment activities.Salary Range: $94,000-$150,000 a year#LI-NS4
