Telemetry Registered Nurse TravelerLocation: Northern California Duration: 13-Week Contract $80 Hourly Our Client is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of innovation and excellence. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse Traveler to join our team for a 13-week contract in Northern California. Position Overview: As a Telemetry Registered Nurse Traveler, you will play a crucial role in our healthcare team, providing high-quality, patient-centered care in our telemetry unit. This 13-week contract offers the opportunity to work in a challenging and rewarding environment while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Northern California. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry data, recognizing and promptly addressing any abnormalities. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to established protocols. Assess and reassess patients' conditions, communicating changes to the appropriate healthcare team members. Provide patient and family education on cardiac conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and implement patient care plans. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California. Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a telemetry or critical care setting. BLS and ACLS certifications. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
