Basic knowledge of inpatient rehabilitation is required. Ability to flex and work as part of a team is essential. Description: The unit has 32 beds and approximately 35 therapists and 50 nurses. The day shift includes 8 occupational therapists, 8 physical therapists, 1 rehab aide, 7 nurses, 3 patient care technicians, and 1 unit coordinator. Night shift staffing is not applicable. Expect around 5 to 6 hours of treatment per day. Equipment used includes H200/L300 and BURT EMR - Meditech. Typical procedures performed on the unit include activities of daily living (ADLs) and evaluations. Usual inpatient rehabilitation treatments will be conducted. The preferred personality fit is outgoing, flexible, and knowledgeable. Candidates with previous experience in inpatient rehabilitation will be prioritized. An openness to working on weekends, with a minimum of 2 weekends required per 4-week period, is expected.
