About the job Warehouse Material Handler We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Material Handler to join our team. The Warehouse Material Handler will be responsible for accurately and efficiently moving, storing, and tracking materials within our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history, proven inventory experience, and strong computer skills. Responsibilities include: Handling and transporting materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment. Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming shipments accurately. Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Maintaining accurate inventory records using computer systems. Performing cycle counts and inventory audits as needed. Operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Ensuring a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Utilize pc to traack inventory and shipping details. Skills/Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Proven and stable work history with a minimum of 1-2 years of consistent employment in a warehouse setting. Proficiency with inventory counting and inventory control. Proficiency in basic PC skills, including data entry and using warehouse management systems. Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills.
