We're seeking a detail-driven AP Specialist to support high-volume invoice processing and vendor management within our growing accounting team. Key Responsibilities: Process and reconcile high-volume hospital invoices Perform invoice coding to general ledger accounts Manage vendor communications and resolve discrepancies Ensure compliance with AP policies and internal controls Assist with monthly close Qualifications: 1+ year of Accounts Payable or accounting experience Strong Excel skills (data review, reconciliation, reporting) Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Microsoft Dynamics SL experience is a plus Why Join Us?
