In the role of Digital Operations Process Analyst, you would work as part of a multidisciplinary project team to plan, design, develop, and implement comprehensive business solutions in response to business needs. Knowledge of methods and techniques for business analysis and demonstrated skill in their application to solving business problems are essential. The Digital Operations Process Analyst is a key partner in driving operational and financial excellence across digital platforms. This role focuses on managing resource allocations that impact department budgets, assist in the Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management administration, and overseeing software license compliance with financial impact. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, financially savvy, and skilled at balancing cost efficiency with strategic resource planning. Education/Experience • University degree or college diploma relevant to business analysis or equivalent education and experience. • Between 3 and 10 years in the IT industry with experience as an Process Analyst. • Experience building strong working relationships with business and IT stakeholders. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in digital operations, financial management, or resource planning. Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial accuracy and operational efficiency. Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools Experience with Jira, Confluence, & Jira Service Management space management and administration • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. • Proven analytical and leadership skills in projects delivering IT-based business solutions. • Proven ability to support the team and help where/when needed - a hands-on approach. • A client-focused mindset, delivering superior customer results and service. • Strong facilitation and presentation capabilities combined with consensus-building skills. • Desire to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic and complex environment. • Demonstrate leadership and mentoring skills Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and assist in maintaining the resource allocations that impact the department budget Assist in the software capitalization process by working with resource managers and program managers to update work items in Jira Oversee software license compliance, and calculate chargeback licensing costs. Allocate digital resources effectively across teams and projects, ensuring optimal utilization. Document and improve workflows for financial, operational, and resource management processes. • Extensive knowledge in requirement elicitation and business process workflows to document requirements • Eliciting clear business requirements and evaluating scope considering desired outcomes • Active management of scope and requirement updates to balance changing business needs with delivery capabilities • Ability to work in a fast paced and high demand environment Apex Systems is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
