Recruiting Solutions is seeking an Assembler for a wire and cable assembly manufacturer in Spartanburg, South Carolina! Assembler Job Responsibilities: Assemble assigned product components on an assembly line in accordance with production guidelines Perform spot checks to ensure products meet approved quality standards Notify leadership of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) as trained Perform quality workmanship in a timely and efficient manner Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Perform heat-shrink tubing, labeling, and crimping tasks Support quality system requirements, including product identification and non-conformance reporting Complete additional tasks as assigned by management Assembler Requirements and Qualifications: Highschool diploma or GED required Prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Basic reading, writing, and oral communication skills Strong attention to detail and quality Good time management and organizational skills Basic math and measurement aptitude Manual dexterity and hand-tool use Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Basic computer or iPad skills preferred Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift, stoop, bend, lift and perform repetitive motions
