Be a part of a team that is shaping the future of our industry! About the Role: Crowe is on the lookout for a technical expert to join our dynamic ServiceNow ITOM (IT Operations Management) team. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration, especially in ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. As a collaborative team member, you will work behind the scenes to design and build scalable ServiceNow solutions that deliver tangible results for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Conduct deep technical configuration and scripting for ServiceNow ITOM, focusing on: Discovery patterns, probes, and sensors MID Server installation, setup, and troubleshooting Creating Event Management rules and alert correlation Designing and deploying Service Mapping Develop and maintain integration solutions with external systems, such as monitoring tools and CMDB feeders. Transform technical requirements and architecture into scalable, supportable implementations. Collaborate with Solution Architects and engagement leads to uphold solution quality and alignment. Create and maintain clear documentation and internal development standards. Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and ongoing performance optimization. Participate in technical design sessions and code reviews internally. Engage with clients during technical workshops, validations, or post-launch support. Qualifications and Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting methods. Comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, discovery patterns, and infrastructure modeling. Experience integrating with third-party tools, including SolarWinds, SCOM, and Dynatrace. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Strong troubleshooting skills related to MID Servers, connectivity, and system performance. Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), in Discovery, Service Mapping, or Event Management Certified Application Developer (CAD) Who We Are Looking For: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience At least 2 years of direct hands-on work with ServiceNow ITOM Demonstrated experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management Ability to independently deliver technical solutions with minimal supervision Excellent communication skills, including the ability to document complex logic clearly Comfortable working independently as well as in collaborative, distributed teams Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed for client engagements Why Choose Crowe? The wage range for this role varies based on skill sets, experience, and business needs. The estimated range is $74,100.00 - $147,800.00 per year.
