Position Overview We are in search of a meticulous and driven Accounts Payable and Receivable Coordinator to enhance our dynamic finance operations. This pivotal role encompasses managing vendor invoices, customer billing, and collections. The perfect candidate will be organized, accurate, and collaborative, ensuring that payments are processed promptly, records are meticulously maintained, and positive interactions with both vendors and customers are prioritized. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained. Schedule and execute payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers) in accordance with company policies. Maintain comprehensive vendor files and address inquiries regarding payment statuses. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies swiftly. Accounts Receivable Prepare and dispatch accurate invoices to customers and franchisees. Monitor customer payments and professionally follow up on overdue accounts. Record payments, maintain accounts receivable aging reports, and escalate issues as necessary. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to swiftly address any billing concerns. General Accounting Support Assist with month-end closing by preparing reconciliations and financial reports. Ensure financial records remain accurate and organized for audit readiness. Support the Finance Manager with special projects, reporting, and process enhancements. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills. Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Outstanding communication skills, enabling professional interactions with vendors, customers, and team members.
