Your Role As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will transform store visitors into loyal customers. You are the personal guide for guests entering the store, expertly showcasing our stunning home furnishings. Your enthusiasm and passion for design will inspire and help our customers create spaces they love! Key Responsibilities Deliver world-class service that delights our customers and builds loyalty. Provide a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the front desk, engaging with guests in a respectful manner that aligns with our brand. Efficiently process sales orders while adhering to cash handling protocols. Assist customers with credit applications and financing while maintaining accurate documentation. Address customer concerns independently, providing solutions when possible. Participate in store opening and closing, handling cash reconciliation and daily checklists. Support inventory management and participate in bi-annual inventory checks to prevent loss. Meet and exceed sales goals while contributing to team performance. Complete additional tasks as assigned by management. What We’re Looking For Must be legally authorized to work in the US and at least 18 years old. Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; experience in customer service or sales is a plus. Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for helping others. Adequate communication skills that inspire action. Excitement for sharing fresh ideas and teamwork. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. A commitment to providing exceptional service and achieving customer satisfaction. Reliability in attendance and punctuality. Compensation and Benefits The starting annual pay is $22,880 for full-time associates, plus exciting commission opportunities that allow you to earn between $22,880 and $300,000. After a two-week training period, you can earn commissions based on sales performance with no earnings cap.
