CGP: Sr Payroll Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $38.00 to $40.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities: Process and manage payroll cycles including biweekly, semi-monthly, and monthly schedules Generate and analyze payroll reports using ADP Vantage and export data into Excel for review Reconcile daily and weekly payroll transactions and share results with the finance team Audit payroll ledgers and validate executive summaries, census reports, and regulatory filings Collaborate with HRIS teams using tools like Alteryx to ensure data accuracy and system integration Requirements: A minimum of 7+ of experience in payroll operations and analysis Proficiency in Excel functions including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP Comfortable managing payroll for large employee populations Familiarity with payroll accounting practices, including ledger entries and reconciliations Experience handling third-party sick pay, wage amendments, and W-2C corrections Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex payroll data and trends Knowledge of accrual calculations and benefits adjustments Experience preparing reports for government agencies such as BLS and DOL Excellent communication and organizational skills for cross-functional collaboration REF #51058 #Ind-LA/OC
