Learn more at: Key Responsibilities Lead drywall and interior framing projects from planning through closeout. Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of required resources. Develop project teams, establish goals, and assign individual responsibilities. Coordinate the efforts of architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors. Monitor construction progress and conduct regular status meetings with subcontractors. Maintain strict adherence to budget guidelines, quality standards, and safety regulations. Ensure all project documentation is completed accurately and on time. Identify and proactively communicate potential design or construction issues that could lead to disputes or claims. Oversee compliance with OSHA and commercial job site safety standards. Travel to various construction sites as required. Qualifications 8+ years preferred of drywall project management experience in commercial construction. Bachelor's Degree preferred (Construction Management or related field). Demonstrated leadership ability to manage and direct on-site project teams to successful completion. Strong understanding of MEP building systems. Thorough knowledge of construction site safety and OSHA regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective time management and sound decision-making ability. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel and/or relocate based on project needs. Employment eligibility verification (E-Verify compliant). Technical & Computer Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with management cost software. Comfortable using iPad/tablet devices in field operations. Familiarity with web-based document management systems. Strong overall computer proficiency in construction management software. Physical Demands & Work Conditions Ability to travel to and access active construction sites. Comfortable working in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and wind. Ability to navigate stairs, scaffolding, ladders, and elevation changes. Capable of standing, kneeling, bending, and walking job sites regularly. Ability to move or position materials weighing up to 85 pounds when necessary.
