What We Offer Dietician We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Dietitian to join our Heart and Vascular Institute team. Schedule: 24hrs weekly, Flexible scheduling Monday - Thursday, 7:00am - 5:00pm, Friday 7:00am - 12:00pm Department: Novant Health Heart and Vascular Institute - Elizabeth Location: 125 Queens Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina 28204 Come join a remarkable team where quality care meets quality service, in every dimension, every time. What You'll Do Perform nutrition assessments and create individualized care plans. Provide education and counselling in both one-on-one and group settings. Deliver medical nutrition therapy for patients at risk. Coach patients in behavior change strategies. Educate and engage patients via in-person, phone, and video visits. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team. Ensure follow-up and accurate documentation for all patient interactions. What We're Looking For Education: Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, Foods and Nutrition, required. Graduate degree - preferred Experience: Minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Clinical Dietitian - preferred Licensure/Certification: Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration - required, Licensed Dietitian in appropriate state - required Why Choose Novant Health?
