Position Overview Join a leading engineering and construction firm as a Lead Project Manager for Wastewater Treatment. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of wastewater projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Foster effective collaboration with clients, contractors, engineers, and regulatory bodies for seamless project execution. Guide and mentor junior project managers and staff, enhancing team capabilities. Create detailed project budgets, timelines, and risk management plans. Develop and implement strategies to enhance division processes and project delivery. Expand your role to include division oversight, business development, and P&L management. Act as a key leader within the division, building trust and confidence with clients and stakeholders. Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience in the wastewater, water treatment, or municipal infrastructure sectors. Proven ability to manage multiple projects while leading diverse teams. Strong knowledge of wastewater systems, construction methods, and environmental regulations. Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Preferred: Professional Engineer (PE) certification, or Engineer in Training (EIT) with substantial project management experience. Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
