We are looking for a motivated and experienced Director of Aviation Projects to spearhead exciting initiatives across the country. About the Role In this crucial role, you will manage every phase of project lifecycles, focusing on operational excellence, financial oversight, and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders. Your leadership will be essential in steering the strategy and vision for our National Aviation team as you travel to various locations nationwide. Your Responsibilities Include: Providing strategic direction and leadership for assigned projects that align with the company's goals. Creating a culture of safety while mentoring and developing team members. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to uncover new business opportunities. Identifying and managing risks and issues to ensure project success, including financial and contractual responsibilities. Collaborating with subcontractors to cultivate effective partnerships that drive project outcomes. Leading preconstruction meetings with clients, ensuring clear understanding of contractual obligations and project estimates. Overseeing project timelines and reviews throughout the project lifecycle. Ensuring appropriate staffing levels and efficient resource management. Promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. 15+ years of experience in construction management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. A proven track record of successfully managing large-scale Aviation projects valued at $50M or more.
