The Marketing Technology Product Manager will take charge of developing and enhancing our marketing technology stack, driving innovative digital marketing initiatives across Consumer and other business units. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring our MarTech solutions deliver measurable results through insightful data usage, seamless integration, creative design, and thorough measurement. Key Responsibilities Shape and implement a holistic MarTech strategy that aligns with our business objectives, enabling advanced measurement, distribution, decision-making, design, and data capabilities. Own and refine the MarTech product roadmap, prioritizing enhancements that drive digital marketing effectiveness and return on investment. Lead Agile MarTech Operations, managing the backlog, overseeing sprint planning, promoting cross-functional cooperation, and encouraging continuous improvement. Implement and refine tools for marketing performance analytics, including Marketing Mix Modeling and Google Analytics. Oversee the setup and management of distribution platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud for Email/SMS, Social Media, and Web. Deploy and enhance decision-making engines, customer scoring models, and offer management platforms like Azure ML/Ops and Einstein. Encourage user-centric designs for campaign assets using Digital Asset Management (DAM), Product Information Management (PIM), and AI-driven workflow management tools to support high-volume production processes. Lead projects for data onboarding, integration, consent management, and audience management with tools such as Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Snowflake, and LiveRamp. Enforce standards for data integrity, taxonomy governance, and naming conventions to ensure precise reporting and segmentation. Integrate external media and commerce platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads Manager, maintaining seamless data flow and unified attribution across channels. Collaborate with IT, marketing, commercial, and agency teams to ensure alignment and integration of MarTech initiatives. Evaluate and manage relationships with key MarTech vendors and platforms. Advocate for the adoption of AI Agents throughout the consumer journey, fostering a culture of innovation to enhance personalization, efficiency, and campaign performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, product ownership, or digital marketing roles. Demonstrated success in implementing and optimizing MarTech solutions. Deep expertise in at least three of the following areas: Measurement, Distribution, Decision Making, Design, Data. Strong understanding of digital marketing, data analytics, and marketing automation tools. Familiarity with relevant platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Optimizely, and Google Analytics. Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills. Experience working in a matrix environment, building collaborative relationships across functional groups, and influencing stakeholders to achieve shared objectives. Expertise in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe), with experience managing marketing backlogs, sprints, and team performance metrics. Capability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proven business judgment and financial acumen. This position is located at Bausch + Lomb's offices. The starting pay for this role ranges between $175,000.00 and $215,000.00. The actual base salary offered may depend on various factors. U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives, medical, dental, vision insurance, disability and life insurance, a 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement for select degrees, company holidays, and well-being benefits. U.S. employees are also eligible for sick time, floating holidays, and paid vacation.
