Education Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited institution. Certifications Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist. CPR certification is highly desirable. Specialty certifications (e.g., in geriatrics or neurology) are advantageous but not mandatory. Skills Prior experience is strongly preferred.
