Key Responsibilities: Prepare foods according to established recipes and guidelines. Adhere to food handling and sanitation procedures diligently. Keep your workstation pristine, maintaining cleanliness of surfaces and equipment. Maintain personal hygiene, ensuring hands are washed, gloves are worn, and aprons are changed when soiled. Follow standard portion sizes and comply with kitchen policies. Efficiently unpack and organize received goods. Prepare menu items as ordered with attention to detail. Communicate any equipment or food quality issues to management swiftly. Utilize tools and checklists to ensure timely service. Follow safety protocols while using kitchen equipment.
