CS Energy is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead and inspire multiple project teams. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Project Operations and Field Management teams to cultivate strong client relationships, champion employee development, and oversee the safe and efficient construction of high-quality projects that are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the EHS team to finalize health and safety plans for projects, ensuring the site team and subcontractors adhere to EHS and Quality policies. Oversee the project budget, facilitating the forecast review process, and collaborating with FP&A and executives to capture all project metrics accurately. Ensure client billings reflect milestone payments and manage client and subcontractor change orders while identifying and mitigating risks. Lead huddles for Operations, Engineering, and Procurement, tracking actions on the Project Action List diligently. Ensure timely completion of all equipment orders, engineering deliverables, and necessary subcontracts according to the CPM schedule and project milestones. Manage production in alignment with the self-perform work plan and work with Superintendents to make necessary adjustments. Administer EPC contracts, focusing on force majeures, delay notices, schedule relief, and LD letters as required. Coordinate with project controls to maintain the project schedule and meet all EPC milestones. Ensure compliance with all permitting and regulatory requirements, including SWPPP, local permits, and AHJ-specific town regulatory requirements. Communicate schedule, cost, quality, and safety concerns promptly and clearly to management. Negotiate change orders that benefit the company, manage and strengthen subcontractor relationships, and foster a thriving company culture on-site. Support Management and Business Development in advancing projects through FMEA processes, contract signing, and project initiation. Build and maintain client relationships with clear, timely communication. Motivate team members, providing feedback, training, and mentorship to foster professional growth. Hold project-level P&L responsibility and cultivate a collaborative team environment among project stakeholders and departments. Maintain an active onsite presence during construction. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Renewable Engineering, Engineering or a related field. 4-5+ years of progressive construction industry experience, with a track record of managing complex projects or portfolios valued at $20+ million. Proven success in leading diverse project teams and managing project timelines and budgets effectively. Strong decision-making skills in resolving project challenges and prioritizing tasks. Experience in leading project start-up meetings, handling project drawings, execution plans, and overseeing subcontractor buyouts. Ability to interpret and manage contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders effectively. Successful track record in managing subcontractors and executing project changes. Proficient in managing cost to complete estimates and maximizing project profitability. Entrepreneurial mindset with a comprehensive business perspective. Strong proficiency in Word and Excel; working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Bluebeam (or similar) is essential. Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills are crucial. Effective time management, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Willingness and ability to travel to project sites or office up to 75% of the time. The State of New York requires CS Energy, LLC to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. A reasonable estimate of the range for this role is $120,000.00 - $140,000.00. Starting pay may vary based on multiple factors, including experience and expertise. Certain roles may also qualify for bonuses based on performance.
