Your leadership will help create a clean, welcoming environment for our guests while ensuring they receive exceptional service. You'll also be instrumental in driving restaurant profitability through operational excellence. What You'll Do: Oversee daily Front of House operations, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Lead and support team members during shifts, handling scheduling, guest interactions, and shift planning. Proactively identify opportunities to boost sales and manage costs effectively. Open and close the restaurant in accordance with company procedures, maintaining operational integrity. Handle financial tasks, including cash handling and inventory management. Demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, and sound decision-making skills. What We’re Looking For: A proven passion for delivering top-notch guest service in the restaurant industry. The ability to solve problems and manage stress in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strong leadership and assessment capabilities. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. ServSafe Manager's Certificate (or willingness to obtain). Previous experience in management roles, such as General Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor, is highly desirable. Dining Room Supervisor positions typically start as part-time, with the potential to transition into full-time roles. Full-time employees are eligible for health benefits.
