Key Responsibilities for NP/PA: Patient Care: Perform medical services under the supervision of a supervising physician in an outpatient orthopedic clinic and hospital setting. Examinations: Conduct history and physical examinations, write progress notes, and assess patients' medical conditions. Patient Education: Counsel and educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and preventive care. Surgical Support: Assist physicians in surgery and contribute to surgical procedures as needed. Medical Orders: Initiate surgical orders, prescribe medications, and manage patient care within the scope delegated by the supervising physician. Collaboration: Work closely with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
