Key Responsibilities: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, operations, and infrastructure, to create innovative application experiences. Leverage advanced programming techniques and technologies to develop custom user interfaces. Build reusable software components that seamlessly integrate with existing backend platforms. Analyze and enhance code to boost quality, efficiency, and performance. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 6+ years of programming experience in a relevant language or 3+ years with a PhD. Proven ability to set technical direction for a team and foster successful cross-functional collaborations. Experience in developing maintainable and testable code bases, with a focus on API design and unit testing methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: 6+ years experience building large-scale infrastructure applications or similar experience. Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Hack. Experience in designing, analyzing, and improving the efficiency, scalability, and stability of system resources. Successful track record of owning and managing a component, feature, or system effectively. History of delivering high-quality work while ensuring system reliability. Commitment to enhancing code quality through thorough reviews, testing, and proactive monitoring. Knowledge of architectural patterns in large-scale software applications. Familiarity with programming languages such as C, C++, and Java. Compensation: $74.04/hour to $217,000/year along with bonus and equity options, plus benefits.
