Compensation Range: Sport Clips Managers & Assistant Managers typically earn $30-$43 per hour including incentives, commissions and tips. The Manager's role is to understand the levers and indicators that affect the salon business and coach their team of Stylists to deliver an amazing experience for their clients. Requirements: A valid OH Cosmetology or Barber License Industry Passion! Job Type: Full-time, Flex hours Schedule: Weekend availability, ability to work a flexible schedule.
