Full-Time Maintenance Specialist

Maintenance Specialist We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Specialist who is passionate about enhancing guest experiences and maintaining high standards of property upkeep. In this crucial role, you will ensure that all equipment is functioning properly, the premises are clean and welcoming, and guest rooms are well-maintained. You will follow specific guidelines and complete tasks in a timely manner as directed by management and the Regional Asset Manager. Key Responsibilities Exhibit a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service for guests and team members. Work independently while effectively managing essential maintenance duties to meet company standards. Respond proactively to guest requests, ensuring thorough follow-up in line with company protocols. Ensure the property remains pristine by performing maintenance and cleaning tasks as outlined in the Green Shield Binder, including trash management, exterior cleanliness, and snow/ice removal. Execute repairs as specified in work orders promptly and professionally. Carry out preventative maintenance inspections and repairs according to the Green Shield Binder. Adhere to the Green Shield Inspection schedule daily to complete all maintenance tasks efficiently. Maintain accurate records related to guest room inspections, safety checks, and other documentation as required by the Green Shield Binder. Follow the Green Shield Schedule workflow, utilizing Standard Operating Procedures to uphold company standards. Keep the maintenance area organized and clean, safeguarding maintenance tools and ensuring their good condition. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of boiler rooms, electric rooms, and HVAC spaces in accordance with company safety standards and local regulations. Ensure all fire safety equipment operates correctly, with regular inspections in compliance with company and local safety requirements. Follow all company safety and security policies, including OSHA and ADA guidelines. Support maintenance of pool and spa areas as needed, in accordance with company policies and local ordinances. Assist with emergency responses at the property or sister locations when requested by management. Coordinate with outside vendors as directed by management. Additional Duties Assist with cleaning areas of the hotel as assigned, ensuring overall cleanliness in various locations including the front desk, guest laundry, and common areas. Participate in maintaining the hotel’s appearance and upkeep. Perform other tasks as assigned by the management team. Employee Benefits Weekly Pay!
