Your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing shifts to maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness with a strong focus on profitability Fostering a positive working relationship between the management team and employees Conducting pre-shift crew meetings to discuss operational procedures and promotions Managing payroll to align with company labor cost standards Controlling inventory according to company guidelines Maintaining the building and equipment through proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures Handling all cash for your shift, including bank deposits, while ensuring adherence to cash handling procedures Upholding a professional appearance and demeanor at all times Enforcing sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures throughout your shift Performing other duties as assigned by management Previous experience at Hardee's or Carl's Jr. is a plus.
