Required: 3 Months of Class A 53' Tractor Trailer/Flatbed Experience within the past year (not counting school). No SAP drivers. Hair Follicle Drug Screening required. Clean CDL = No Incidents or Accidents within the past year! Job Details: Enjoy a specialized fleet designed with drivers in mind. We provide weekly 34-hour resets and regionalized freight tailored to your needs for optimal work-life balance. Our Regional Fleet focuses on specific regions, ensuring consistent home time and manageable routes. Average Weekly Miles: Drive approximately 1,800 miles per week based on Hours of Service (HOS) and availability. Average Weekly Pay: Enjoy a competitive gross pay of $1000-$1100 per week. Freight Type: Experience 100% no-touch freight, with 50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unload. Equipment and Support: Operate newer models: Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths. Receive 24/7 access to operational support at any time. Vacation Package: 1 year = 1 week 3 years = 2 weeks 7 years = 3 weeks 15 years = 4 weeks Pay and Bonuses: Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour. Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day. Performance Bonus: Earn up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity, starting the first of the month following your hire date.
