Join Our Team as a Foodservice Manager! At Jet Food Stores, we are seeking a dedicated Foodservice Manager who will lead and oversee the foodservice operations across multiple store locations. Implement and provide training on food programs to ensure top-notch quality. Maintain exceptional cleanliness standards in food preparation and service areas. Oversee stocking, rotation, and ordering of food and paper products effectively. Continuously update pricing and procedures to align with company standards. Monitor equipment usage and maintenance to minimize service disruptions. Work collaboratively with the Director of Food Operations on various projects. Exhibit self-motivation and accountability for business success across all locations. Embrace travel for 10+ hours a day, utilizing a personal vehicle with a company-paid allowance or a company vehicle. Be prepared to stand or walk for extended periods and work in diverse environments ranging from -10 to 40 degrees. Capable of lifting products weighing up to 60 lbs. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word. Stay organized and punctual while managing schedules. Flexibility to work any day or time as business needs dictate. Communicate daily with deli managers to address operational challenges. Assist with investigating and correcting inventory issues, training employees in proper inventory management.
