KPMG is actively seeking a Senior Financial Systems Associate to enhance our Financial & Advisory (F&A) team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the management and maintenance of Oracle FCCS metadata, ensuring data integrity and consistent application across platforms. Design, develop, and sustain financial reports and data forms within Oracle FCCS and the Cloud EPM suite, aligned with business reporting and submission needs. Facilitate the loading of data from General Ledgers (GLs) and other sources into Oracle FCCS, utilizing data management tools for effective mapping and scheduling of data loads. Guarantee data accuracy through diligent reconciliations and the transfer of validated data to reporting cubes for detailed analysis. Provide continuous support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and assist in training and development related to FCCS functionalities. Act with integrity and professionalism, contributing to KPMG's respectful and courteous workplace culture. Qualifications: A minimum of three years of relevant, recent experience in a similar role, demonstrating practical competence in the field. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related discipline is required. In-depth familiarity with Oracle FCCS and its core functionalities, essential for successful financial consolidation and close processes. Proven expertise in utilizing data management tools and ETL processes for effective data extraction, transformation, and loading from various financial systems. Demonstrated capability to generate and customize financial reports, dashboards, and data visualizations, alongside analyzing complex financial data to troubleshoot issues in the Oracle FCCS environment.
