The Contractor shall provide support to CPE - GROUND (SOLDIER SYSTEMS), PM SMD Fielding Missions provide support to CPE - GROUND (SOLDIER SYSTEMS), PM SMD Fielding Missions, planning data and reports for specific tasks, execute all fielding missions in compliance with regulatory guidance, execution of Post-Fielding Mission Requirements. The Contractor shall gain access to and maintain a working knowledge of Army Automation Systems, which include, but are not limited to, Theater Enterprise-Wide Logistics System (TEWLS), LOGICOL System, Army Enterprise System Integration Program (AESIP), Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A), Lead Materiel Integrator Decision Support Tool (LMI-DST), Medical Materiel Mobilization Planning Tool (M3PT), and other systems that are specifically authorized by CPE - GROUND (SOLDIER SYSTEMS), PM SMD. The Contractor shall utilize Army Automation Systems to upload data, and conduct required data entry prior to, during, and at the completion of Fielding Missions.Execution of Pre-Fielding Operations The Contractor shall execute Pre-Fielding Mission Requirements.Pre-Fielding Coordinator: The Pre-Fielding Coordinator responsibilities are to provide support to Program Executive Office, Soldier Force Integration Division (PEO FID) materiel fielding missions. Specific tasks include Preparing Support Agreements as Memorandums of Materiel Fielding Agreement (MFA) and Memorandums of Notifications (MON) for Upcoming Fielding according to Army regulations, policies, and responsibilities. The contractor shall process agreements for staffing and approval, maintain records of active agreements, ensuring accuracy, and facilitate agreements on modifications and cancellations when appropriate. Responsibilities also include creating and maintaining the Share Point folders for all UICs to track fielding processes, Uploading the mission Support Plan (MSPs) in specific UICs in the Share Point, and Monitoring Materiel Fielding schedules to ensure fielding are being conducted according to scheduled plan. Pre-Fielding Coordinator shall track and manage the uploading and downloading of signed documents from the Global Electronic Approval Routing System (GEARS) and the Document Approval Routing System (DARTS) to distribute to the appropriate Regional Manager, Chief of Fielding, LNO or FID Director.Pre-Fielding Analysis Report - Deliverable 10 – CDRL A010 (BDN/ACN, STO Report, TEWLS to LOGICOL SYSTEM Download/PAC Data)The Contractor shall prepare a Pre-Fielding Analysis Report CDRL A010 that identifies the full arrangement of authorized materiel requirements and expected shortages for the fielding mission to include: End items, including all component major items and Basic Issue Items (BII)Associated Support Items of Equipment (ASIOE)Special Tools and Test Equipment (STTE)Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE), including test program and interconnecting devices where applicableSets, Kits and Outfits (SKOs) Technical Publications The Contractor shall download and review pack data for accuracy and identify any discrepancies to the Government Information (Requirements) Manager. Contractor will download all Account Control Number (ACN) and Build Directive Number (BDN). The ACN and BDN items are used as serial numbers for sets issued to units and are used to post the equipment to the unit property book.Additionally, the ACN and BDN data associated with the Unit Identification Code (UIC) being fielded are used ensure all set components are loaded, available for data entry, and corrections or updates can be made at the fielding site.The Contractor shall provide team representatives for meetings, briefings, conferences, and site surveys required in the planning of fielding actions with no more than 72 hours' notice.Personnel are required to have a current secret clearance.Personnel are required to have an associate's degree in related field.Personnel are required to have 6+ years of relevant experience.
