Your Impactful Role As a Cloud Transformation Strategy Manager, you will guide organizations through the complexities of cloud transformations. Utilizing your expertise in managing stakeholder relationships and defining cloud strategies, you will ensure alignment with key business objectives. You will lead cloud projects from conception to execution, ensuring that all solutions meet security, scalability, and financial standards, thriving in a fast-paced and uncertain environment. Essential Expertise: Agentic AI Infrastructure and Hosting Cloud Strategy, Advisory, Transformation, and Optimization Cloud Solutions Design and Application Integration IT Infrastructure, Datacenters, Network, and Edge Technologies IT Operating Model and FinOps Understanding IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS Proficiency in AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and OCI IT Security and Compliance Expertise Project and Program Management Data & AI Tools like Snowflake, Fabric, and Databricks Cloud Automation and DevSecOps Practices Travel Requirements: There may be travel for this role, ranging from 0% to 100%, depending on business and client needs. What You Offer: Certification from at least one major cloud provider (Azure, OCI, Google, AWS) A minimum of 5 years of experience in building and managing teams of 8-10 members while leading cloud transformation initiatives focused on cloud-driven modernization At least 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, operating, or implementing cloud or infrastructure architectures A minimum of 3 years collaborating with operations teams and relevant tools such as ServiceNow At least 3 years of experience evaluating applications for migration and determining optimal methods and environments At least 2 years of experience in a consulting role, actively engaging customers Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum of 12 years of work experience; if Associate's Degree, a minimum of 6 years is required) Professional Skills: Ability to explain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts to clients Skilled in simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences Deep knowledge of specific industries (e.g., Hospitality, Banking, Aerospace, Retail, Supply Chain) Understanding of Infrastructure and Cloud outsourcing Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying business value to senior leadership Proven leadership and teamwork abilities in diverse professional settings Experience in designing and implementing effective technology solutions within project timelines Skilled in estimating project plans, resource requirements, and leading technical teams Bonus Skills: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or Math Experience with major Firewall and Security tools Understanding of TCP/IP routing/switching Familiarity with major RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, etc.) Industry experience across various sectors such as Financial Services, Health & Public Services, Resources, Products, Communications, and Media Tech Experience with Cloud Native technologies, Containers, and Serverless Architectures Strong understanding of Cloud Security and Managed Services frameworks, tools, and solutions Compensation: Salary ranges at Accenture are influenced by various factors including office location, role, skillset, and experience level.
