Key Responsibilities: Program and operate CNC machines, both directly and through software. Set up and adjust machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments. Troubleshoot and modify CNC and conventional equipment. Perform inspections using precision instruments (micrometers, calipers). Conduct preventive maintenance and oversee machine shop organization. Support continuous improvement initiatives for machining efficiency. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to exchange technical information. Provide guidance and technical support to other machinists. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent (technical training or apprenticeship preferred). 4+ years of experience as a machinist. Experience with CNC programming and HAAS equipment (required). Strong skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, mathematics, and time management.
