About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented National Accounts Sales Executive to drive revenue growth for our Data Streaming Platform (DSP) workloads. This role focuses on building and managing strategic relationships with account executives, product management, partners, and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a history of generating revenue and delivering business value in the data infrastructure sector. What You Will Do: Develop & Execute DSP Sales Mission: Create and implement a regional go-to-market strategy to identify key stakeholders and capture DSP workloads from various data management vendors. Define Strategic Objectives: Identify target segments and key performance indicators (KPIs), and design targeted sales campaigns through direct sales, digital marketing, and partner channels to drive product awareness. Initiate New Streaming Projects: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their business challenges and objectives, offering customized solutions that highlight the benefits of our platform. Identify Growth Opportunities: Actively seek and cultivate a strong sales pipeline, assessing partners based on market reach and alignment with our strategic aims. Build Lasting Partnerships: Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers in target accounts to create partnership agreements that foster revenue growth. Advocate for Confluent's DSP Capabilities: Effectively communicate the advantages of our streaming platform to both technical and non-technical audiences, illustrating the value for DSP workloads. Create Impactful Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver persuasive presentations tailored to the unique needs of potential partners, emphasizing revenue opportunities. Collaborate with Partners: Work with partner organizations on joint go-to-market initiatives, co-marketing efforts, and sales enablement programs. Stay Informed: Keep a thorough understanding of the evolving data streaming landscape and competitive dynamics. What You Will Bring: Proven Data Analytics Sales Experience: Track record in selling analytics software solutions, specifically in data infrastructure or big data contexts. Proactive Sales Mentality: A strong drive to identify and close new business opportunities.
