Associate Veterinarian

We're representing an established small animal general practice in Henderson, Nevada that is adding a full-time Associate Veterinarian to an experienced medical team. The caseload is true general practice with a reliable mix of medical, surgical, and dental work. Appointments are built to allow full exams, diagnostics, and client conversations. The facility supports in-house ultrasound, routine and more involved soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and orthopedic cases as part of normal daily flow. There is access to internal consultation when helpful. The team includes experienced technicians who actively participate in anesthesia, procedures, and patient care. Leadership remains clinically involved and accessible, with decisions shaped by feedback from the doctors on the floor. Scheduling is predictable, and the day is structured to be manageable rather than reactive.
