Registered Nurse - Home Care

Seeking qualified Registered Nurses to make a positive impact serving elderly and vulnerable adults in a flexible position that provides work-life balance. Senior Helpers of Prince George's County is currently searching for Part-Time Registered Nurses to perform homecare visits throughout the county.  Position includes a flexible schedule and great benefits. Perform follow up visits as per state licensing requirements and at client status changes. Accurately monitor and record data regarding patients' conditions; document all provided care services. Collaborate with community care partners to support the provision of quality care to each client. Supervise, support and training of CNAs to ensure that they are fully equipped to provide the highest quality care to our clients. You must possess the following qualifications and experience: Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in Maryland. Must possess sound knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and standards of practice as determined by state and federal regulations. At least 1 year of experience as a RN. Experience working with seniors in home care preferred. Experience in care coordination between, physician, clients, referral sources Excellent communication skills. Great problem-solving skills. Basic IT Skills.
