CGP: AR Clerk

We are looking for an experienced AR Clerk with great attention to detail to join our client in the consumer products industry. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $27 to $29 per hour. Job Description: Prepare and submit manual invoices Verify incoming dailywire/ACH, deposit checks, and record receipts and deductions Process EDI submissions, disputes, and follow up Research and dispute chargebacks, as considered necessary Internal and external follow up for collection purposes Prepare AR and revenue reports for management Assist with ME closing Release orders off hold upon confirming receipt Calculate commissions payable to sales agents based on AR activity Requirements: Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Able to communicate with professionals at all levels Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences Experience: 3 years of AP/AR experience in a mid-size company environment Knowledge of processing AP/AR transactions through large ERP system(s) Oracle experience is a plus Proficient in Excel (Vlookups, pivots) REF #46739 #LI-POST #ZR
