Expectations: We expect our Loan Officers to take charge of their goals. Knowledge of the mortgage industry and the ability to stay persistent are key. This position is rewarding but requires dedication and effort. Join us if you're ready to make a high volume of calls daily—aim for 30, 40, or even 100 calls if necessary! If 5 open houses each weekend aren't enough, plan on attending 10, 25, or even 50! Our commitment to performance: This role goes beyond the standard 9 to 5 hours.
