About the Role As a Senior Risk Consultant specializing in Digital Risk for Power & Utilities, you'll play a key role in helping our clients navigate their risk landscape. Our focus is to provide innovative solutions that elevate regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with clients to establish trust and confidence within the regulatory framework and industry standards. Your Key Responsibilities Lead projects that focus on regulatory compliance and operational improvement within the Power & Utilities sector. Develop and implement strategies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across operational processes. Manage and drive risk and controls project teams, ensuring that our solutions align with industry best practices. Work collaboratively with clients to identify challenges and create tailored compliance solutions. Provide expert insight into regulatory requirements and industry trends. Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of continuous improvement. To Qualify for the Role You Must Have A bachelor's or master's degree. At least 5 years of experience in the Power & Utilities industry or related consulting experience. Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance and operational processes, especially in Work Management, Asset Management, or Utility Accounting. Strong leadership capabilities to effectively drive project teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Willingness to work beyond standard hours and possess a valid passport. Ideally, You'll Also Have A degree in business, accounting, finance, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field. Desirable certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, CPA, and others. Non-certified hires must become certified to qualify for promotion to Manager.
