Maintenance Technician (Day shift )

Warehouse Services is Now Hiring: Full-Time Day Shift Maintenance Technician Location: Woodruff Area Distribution Center Apply today for immediate consideration! Warehouse Services is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our day shift team. This position works under general supervision with the ability to exercise independent judgment. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance and equipment repairs to ensure the safe and efficient operation of mobile equipment and facility systems. Key Responsibilities Ensure all forklift equipment is operating safely and efficiently Operate material handling equipment as required Perform scheduled preventative maintenance throughout the facility Inspect and repair doors, dock plates, racking, dock levelers, HVAC systems, lighting, and other equipment Conduct building and grounds inspections and perform general facility maintenance Maintain accurate maintenance and equipment service records Perform building and equipment audits Coordinate and track preventative maintenance schedules Initiate and schedule necessary repairs Perform repairs on equipment and facility systems Monitor and maintain battery maintenance programs Maintain a safe and compliant work environment Participate in training and educational opportunities to stay current on job knowledge Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Manager This job description outlines the primary responsibilities but is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties.
