In this essential position, you will lead our finance team, driving financial forecasting and budgeting initiatives while ensuring the integrity of our financial statements. You will lead the implementation of our first ERP system and manage the annual audit process. Your oversight of FP&A, accounting, treasury, and investor relations will be vital, as will your ability to establish strong internal controls and risk management frameworks. Collaborating closely with our commercial and engineering teams, you will develop scalable financial processes essential for our growth. This role offers a unique chance to build meaningful relationships with our CEO and Board of Directors. We seek candidates with at least 10 years of finance and accounting experience, preferably within hardware manufacturing and ERP system transitions. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders are critical for success in this role.
