Regional Truck Driver Our company is growing and we are currently in search of professional and experienced Class A CDL drivers. We offer one of the highest starting mileage rates in the industry with a minimum pay safety net, as well as great home time and a family atmosphere. $2,500 sign-on bonus for drivers hired & dispatched between May 5, 2025, and May 16, 2025. $1,500 at first dispatch and $1,000 after 60 days. Minimum Pay Guarantee: $1200.00 per week. 100% no touch dry van freight. Requirements: Must be 21 years old have a valid Class A CDL. Must have a good MVR, background and a stable job history. 3 months current verifiable OTR experience in a 40 plus ft. TT in the past year AND completed an accredited school carrier training program (must have proof) 6 months verifiable local experience or a combination of OTR/Regional/Local in the past year AND at any time completed an accredited school (must have proof) or a carrier approved training program 1 year verifiable OTR experience in a TT in the past 3 years. Experience can be a combination OTR/Regional/Local. Our regional accounts travel no further south than VA and no further west than OH. 2200 MPW. Out 5 days and home for 48 hr. break. Will most likely be Sat-Sun, but not guaranteed. Minimum Pay Guarantee: $1200.00 Can average $1300 - $1450 per week (Gross) Drivers with a hazmat endorsement will still be paid .10 cents per mile more every time they haul a placarded hazmat load. $0.68 - $0.71 CPM Average (adjusting pay scale) Per diem pay optional Clean DOT inspection bonus Day 1 rider and pet policies Full benefits in 60 days Paid 2.5 day orientation in PA. Mon-Wed or Wed-Fri. Private hotel room, breakfast and lunch provided. Bus, Personal Vehicle, (Recruiter or Driver will reimburse for fuel) or Plane (Recruiter or Driver will be reimbursed) If Driver is flying, they will only need a one way ticket All trucks are newer automatics and have 1500 watt inverters and Park Smart, which is the same as APU - Upgraded new technology. Trucks also have Sirius XM, Refrigerator and Flat Screen TV. Truck and trailer stay together.
