Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively demonstrate user flows and interaction patterns. Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and development teams to synchronize design decisions with business objectives and technical specifications. Maintain and enhance our design system and Figma component libraries to promote consistency and efficiency across all projects. Guide and mentor a junior designer, offering insight into both design techniques and UX strategies. Stay informed on the latest UX best practices, accessibility standards, and emerging web design trends. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in web design with a strong portfolio showcasing UX-focused work, beyond just visual design. Demonstrated success in optimizing websites for conversion, including examples of how your design decisions led to measurable outcomes. Thorough knowledge of mobile-first and responsive design principles. Working acquaintance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and experience in applying accessible design techniques. Expertise in Figma, specifically in design systems, component libraries, and prototyping. Familiarity with analytics and user research tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, or similar).
