Our expertise encompasses performance improvement, operational turnarounds, cost optimization, M&A services, and interim management. Technology Assessment: We assess platform, data and system architectures, applications, processes, and security to pinpoint areas of improvement. Performance Improvement/Operational Turnaround: Our team implements proven methods to rapidly identify performance enhancement opportunities. Cost Optimization: Our initiatives spotlight high-impact opportunities for EBITDA and cash flow enhancements across organizations. M&A Services: We assist clients throughout the M&A lifecycle, including operational due diligence and integration phases. Finance Operations: We streamline finance operations and enhance reporting accuracy. Interim Management: Our seasoned operators can fill interim roles, driving change as we search for permanent solutions. Your Role As a Director, you will spearhead a team and act as the vital link between healthcare clients and A&M, tackling a variety of complex assignments within the MedTech space. You will oversee project delivery, from data collection and insight development to timeline management and client engagement. Identify and execute opportunities to reduce cost structures through strategic organizational redesign. Analyze Go-to-Market strategies, portfolio assessments, and sales effectiveness. Develop robust financial models and perform detailed operational analyses. Provide project management support during transactions or integration processes. Utilize project management tools to effectively track client initiatives and timelines. Assist clients in navigating crises with structured performance improvement strategies. Create operational data analyses and establish KPI metrics to drive meaningful change. Extract actionable insights by summarizing large data sets. Lead work streams and prioritize engagement tasks efficiently. Prepare high-quality client deliverables and presentations. Mentor junior staff, fostering their professional growth. Build and maintain client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand business presence. Support marketing initiatives by developing pitch materials and other documentation. Contribute to the creation of tools and templates for our product and service offerings. Qualifications We are seeking an entrepreneurial and collaborative leader capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 12 years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on MedTech in commercial, engineering, or finance roles. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with tools such as Visio, Tableau, or Power BI is advantageous. Experience in managing engagements, deliverables, and mentoring junior team members. Comprehensive understanding of M&A processes, particularly operational and commercial due diligence. In-depth knowledge of the MedTech industry, including manufacturing and operational behaviors. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required. Willingness to travel as necessary. A BA/BS degree and/or an MBA/MS in relevant fields such as Finance or Healthcare Management is preferred.
