We are currently searching for an Risk Management Systems Architect as part of our innovative Digital Nexus technology organization. This role offers a flexible hybrid work opportunity. Key Responsibilities: Lead the transition of our risk management application from on-premises solutions to PaaS in Azure, ensuring robust data residency, confidentiality, and compliance for US and Federal client data. Ensure high availability, security, and compliance with global and regional regulations. Develop integration strategies for risk management applications with enterprise systems like Salesforce Salescloud, Azure Data Lake, and Federal Cloud, utilizing APIs and middleware for efficient data interchange. Collaborate closely with global and US technology teams, business stakeholders, and risk management groups to ensure solutions align with business objectives and comply with KPMG's security and regulatory frameworks. Provide architectural leadership to development teams, conduct comprehensive design reviews, mentor junior architects, and maintain essential technical documentation. Implement and validate controls for data access and compliance, such as encryption and audit trails, and lead performance testing to enhance user experience. Exhibit professionalism and integrity to foster a respectful work environment at KPMG. Qualifications: A minimum of five years of experience in solution architecture, particularly in cloud and integration domains. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred; Microsoft Azure Architect certifications are an advantage. Expertise in PaaS environments, ideally Azure, and in risk management applications. Deep understanding of cloud architecture, integration patterns, and security fundamentals. Familiarity with compliance standards and excellent stakeholder management skills across global teams. Experience with risk management and compliance platforms is highly desirable, along with knowledge of enterprise integration utilizing APIs and middleware.
