Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruiting for both Dominion Payroll and a sister HCM organization, covering everything from intake, sourcing, and interviewing to offers and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring leaders to clearly understand role specifications, define candidate profiles, and implement customized recruitment strategies that align with our organizational growth objectives. Utilize AI-powered recruiting tools and sourcing automation platforms to enhance candidate discovery, communication, and engagement. Analyze recruitment metrics-such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and quality of hire-to drive informed decision-making and refine hiring processes. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for sales and operations roles across multiple markets. Deliver a high-quality candidate experience that embodies the values and culture of Dominion Payroll and our affiliated organization. Work together with HR and marketing teams to implement employer branding and digital recruitment campaigns using the latest technology and social platforms. Ensure strict compliance with employment laws, data privacy, and AI transparency standards. What We're Looking For: A minimum of 2 years' experience in recruiting, preferably in a high-velocity, growth-focused environment. Demonstrated experience in recruiting sales and operations roles; familiarity with SaaS or technology-driven organizations is a plus. A proven ability to manage recruitment workflows across several business entities or client organizations. Experience with AI recruiting technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, LinkedIn Recruiter AI, HireEZ, Eightfold, or similar tools). A solid grasp of data-driven recruitment practices and the ability to convert metrics into actionable improvements. Exceptional communication, relationship management, and organizational expertise. Proficiency in ATS and CRM systems, sourcing automation, and professional networking platforms.
