Compensation & Lease Structure Earn 88% of weekly gross revenue Company fee of 12% Weekly Fixed Lease Payment: $2,200/week, which includes: Truck and trailer lease Liability, cargo, and physical damage insurance Unlimited mileage ELD device with 24/7 support Maintenance support Factoring services Occupational insurance Lease-to-Buy Escrow Deposit: $250 per week for 10 weeks ( $2,500 total ) - refundable as per policy upon return and notification. Truck Ownership Information: Truck prices range from $170,000 to $200,000 Complete ownership typically in 150 weeks (example: $180,000 ÷ $1,200 = 150 weeks) Final price confirmed after driver approval and truck assignment Job Responsibilities Travel across all 48 states in your OTR role as directed by your dispatcher. No forced dispatch and enjoy access to 24/7 support. Expected gross earnings: $7,000 - $11,000 weekly, averaging over 3,000 miles.
