ONLY W2 NO C2C Senior Professional Application Designer Duration: 3month contract Location: Sacramento, CA We are hiring a COBOL Mainframe Developer to support, enhance, and maintain legacy systems. Responsibilities Support COBOL/MVS/JCL mainframe applications. Develop, test, debug, and implement changes. Work with architects and developers to ensure accurate design. Analyze requirements, estimate work, and deliver quality solutions. Troubleshoot complex issues and support system improvements. Provide technical guidance to junior team members. Requirements 10+ years in mainframe application development; strong COBOL/MVS/JCL experience. Experience with CICS, DB2, SQL, CHANGEMAN, Abend-Aid, MainView, Xpediter. Experience exposing COBOL/CICS programs as web services. Knowledge of SDLC, debugging, testing, and documentation. Healthcare domain experience (Medicaid/Medicare) preferred.
