Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $110,000 to $130,000 per year. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with finance leadership to ensure accounting tasks are completed accurately and on time during close cycles. Manage reporting for investments under US GAAP and accounting standards. Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, including required disclosures and schedules. Reconcile investment data with the general ledger across multiple accounting bases. Review investment activity using internal accounting systems and proprietary reporting tools. Requirements: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting. Familiarity with GAAP and statutory accounting principles. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, related field, or equivalent experience. Strong background in preparing and analyzing financial reports. Ability to work independently on complex assignments with minimal supervision. Knowledge of alternative investments and related accounting guidance is a plus.
