The Team At A&M's Private Equity Performance Improvement Services (PEPI) practice, we focus on enhancing operating results for middle market and large-cap private equity firms engaged with A&M. Our dedicated professionals develop deep functional skills to craft tailored solutions for our clients' business challenges. We employ a structured and disciplined approach to create and capture value across various projects, including cost improvements, transformations, and mergers. Our Operations team plays a crucial role in analyzing manufacturing operations, supply chain effectiveness, and procurement to uncover potential value creation opportunities. How You Will Contribute We are in search of motivated leaders who can steer large, complex client engagements and collaborate with PE leadership to implement innovative business solutions for portfolio companies. Senior Directors typically handle: Performance Improvement Initiatives: Lead comprehensive manufacturing and supply chain projects to identify and implement operational and financial enhancements for private equity-owned businesses. Business Development: Drive growth by delivering exceptional client results and leveraging key relationships, while collaborating with the global A&M PEPI team. Client Engagement: Guide private equity firms to ensure their portfolio companies have effective performance improvement programs to achieve financial targets across various sectors. Essential Requirements: Experience: Minimum 15 years in a successful advisory role from a top-tier strategy firm, specialist advisory firm, or Big-4 consultancy with expertise in manufacturing operations. Communication Skills: Strong communicator with the ability to engage leadership teams under pressure and build enduring relationships. Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical capabilities to identify cost reduction and revenue enhancement opportunities. Leadership: Proven experience leading teams, managing diverse stakeholders, and achieving results. Integrity: Strong values-driven approach that builds trust and leads by example. Travel: Willingness to travel regularly, up to 80%. This position allows you to tackle diverse projects including performance improvements, operational due diligence, and large-scale transformations. As a Senior Director, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating cost reductions and leading post-acquisition implementations.
