Shift Supervisor

Position: Shift Supervisor Job Summary: As a Shift Supervisor, you will be at the heart of our restaurant operations, directly supporting the Restaurant General Manager or Assistant Restaurant General Manager. This role is perfect for those eager to develop their leadership abilities while ensuring each shift runs smoothly and successfully. Duties/Responsibilities: Lead and inspire your team to take ownership of the restaurant during each shift. Train and mentor team members to exceed company standards and deliver outstanding service. Address and resolve customer concerns quickly, always prioritizing their needs. Foster a positive and engaging restaurant culture to enhance employee satisfaction. Effectively manage inventory and oversee food orders. Implement service principles that focus on both speed and quality. Assist in managing inventory oversight, forecasting, and staffing schedules. Ensure all team members have the necessary knowledge and tools to succeed. Strive for high customer satisfaction throughout every shift. Ensure strict compliance with brand standards and safety regulations. Utilize provided training materials effectively to empower your team. Delegate tasks and manage workload efficiently during shifts. Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to maintain accuracy. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized restaurant environment. Act as a strong ambassador for the brand. Follow employee policies while upholding a professional image. Demonstrate the company's core values in all daily interactions. Carry out additional duties as assigned. Training/Requirements: A genuine passion for customer service. Serv Safe Certification. Completion of leadership training programs. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Reliable transportation and basic computer skills are necessary. A valid driver's license is preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback positively. Background checks will include the National Sex Offender Registry and Motor Vehicle Record.
