Conduct market intelligence research to identify supplier trends, commodity price fluctuations, and potential risks, providing valuable insights to category managers. Process Improvement: Analyze and map existing procurement processes (e.g., requisitioning, purchasing, invoicing) to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation. Collaborate with IT and business units to help gather requirements for and implement improvements to procurement systems (e.g., ERP, P2P platforms).
